I'm 16 years old, 5'8" tall and about 190 pounds. I feel that at that weight I'm overweight, so what can I do to lose ten pounds byt January? And plus I try to get my mother to bring in healthy foods but she thinks they're to expensive. Ugghhh, I need to lose weight fast!

Losing weight fast will only result in the weight you lost coming back in.
The best thing to do is to lose it slowly and at a pace that your body will allow.
Eat less, burn more.
You cannot lose weight without exercising.
Eat as healthy as you can and if you can't eat healthy--eat less of what is available to you.
Work out as much as you can. Preferably 30 minutes to 1 hour 5-6 days a week.
