I have a 11 week old puppy he will not eat... He drinks some water.. I tried feeding he some wet food rice baby food... But he ate some Nutri-Cal... But won't eat anything...

He probably has worms. Take to vet for a checkup and deworming. Most dogs when they have worms lose their appetite.

Well, just make sure the food is out there for him/her and if he's hungry he'll eat it. Its nice to try different kinds of brands of foods once in a while. If the puupy's still not eating u should go to a vet and see what's wrong.

Trying new foods is okay, but it's really hard on a puppies tummy. It's never a good idea to switch foods periodically, and it's always recommended to change foods slowly.

I wouldn't wait to go to the vet. If the puppy isn't eating, than it's vet time now.
