I'v been using minesse for about a year an a half now originally prescribed by a doctor for pain and regulation but for the last 3 months I'v had been bleeding the week before the marked time and not during it, should I be concerned?

Yes, I would call the Dr who prescribed it, and ask to speak to their nurse. They can pull your chart, tell the Dr about your symptoms, and call you back to let you know what that Dr recommends. And of the Dr has any further questions, he can call and ask you, too. It often saves a trip to the clinic!
