She is eating and playing fine her liter mates are all fine

Puppies are great at hiding what's wrong, and being that young she can take a turn for the worse in a matter of hours. It could be a respiratory infection which can turn deadly quite fast.

If she is wheezing and having problems breathing, you really need to take her into the vet.
