I have 2 people on my lease listed as occupants, can anyone tell me if I can evict them with out notice; in Virginia?

YOU can't evict them at all. Only a court can order an eviction. And the first step in getting an eviction is to give legal notice to vacate. Only after they miss the deadline to vacate can you start eviction.
