What could be causing extremely painful fingertips on one hand only?
Not all fingers are affected, most notably the index and the little finger.
The pain reacts to combination of NSAID Naproxen Sodium (550mg) and paracetamol(1000mg).
Blood tests, aimed at discovering a possible viral infection, gave negative results.
I (35/male) have already been diagnosed with cervical arthrosis, arthritic changes in both wrist joints and Morton's Neuroma.
Thank you in advance,
Sima

It would seem to me that any part of the pathway from the cervical spine to the finger tips, pinched by thickened tissue, could be the cause.
I waited almost 40 years before seeing a chiropractor (no relief from MDs) and was helped with pain that went to my toes. I've know people helped with neck/arm pain too. It's worth a shot. I've never understood the disconnect between most MDs and chiropractors but it was an MD who finally suggested one. My paid wasn't in my back.
