My father is on his death bed with lung cancer. One of my brothers, who is the trustee, said that he will screw with me, and my other brother, and not give us what we as beneficiaries deserve. There is bad blood between my two brothers, and I, the sister, am shocked at this inappropriate statement he made. My dad has a living trust somewhere in the house but I don't know where. But I do have the attorney card who wrote it. I don't want to bother my sick dad with this trivial crap. But Im not sure if he actually has the power to clean out bank accounts. There is also a home which we were all named in as well. What should I do?

Do nothing and wait. Once your father has passed on (sorry you have to go through that) then notify the lawyer and they will take it from there. If your brother tries anything funny then it will be caught at that time.
