Hello everyone and thanks for reading me !
Well I've got quite a problem here, but I'll start from the beginning.
I'm 24 y.o. I've got a regular partner (fiancé), I'm currently trying to lose weight.
With my partner we have been trying for a baby for a year unsuccessfully, at first we were stressed but after 6 months we became much more relaxed about it, if it's not this month probably the next one...
My last period was in May 2010 and since then nothing at all, no spotting, but my normal white discharge.
I have taken about 4 home pregnancy test all negative.
Then really worried because I was putting on weight I went to my GP who also did blood test, about every 2 weeks, nothing, everything is fine with me. I also had a full down-there check up a month ago and everything is all right.
My biggest worry in a way is that my cycle seem to have entirely vanished, and without a cycle definitely no baby !
I have said that I am losing weight, I'm on a diet which I checked with my GP is healthy and would do no harm to my baby if I get pregnant.
I have already lost 10 kg.
Weight has always been a problem in my family, and I remember that if my weight is over a certain limit it kind of mess up my periods, but as I lost quite a weight recently I thought it would have brought it back.
My GP doesn't know what causes this trouble, note that this is the 3rd GP I see about it, so she referred me to the ACU, which I should see in January 2011, but until then what should I do ?
