No I never douche but I am sexually active but with one partner for 5 years now.. I was reading those links and I found something on Fermanol but my doctor just prescribed me with some antibiotics.

Good about the antibiotics. Take them till finished and always the same time every day. Once our Ph balance is disturbed in our vaginal cavity, then trouble starts. Wear cotton panties, and panties all the time under slacks. Foreplay must be clean. Your partner has to have clean hands and fingernails for sure.
