Hi

Ive just recently replaced my engine with another d16a9 Dohc the problem is I hooked everything back up without the drive shafts installed and she fired up OK ran a bit lumpy then the engine light would come on after a few seconds and this corrected the problem but ran about 2000rpm then after 10 sec or so she started free revving to 1500 the eventually she would stall.
Now I put both drive shafts in together this morning and now it won't start at all ! It cranks over but won't fire ?

Ive checked all 4 cylinders and I have a spark there. You can here the fuel pump prime and it seams to pressurize the system I've checked plugs and all connections as well as all the fuses in the car and in the engine bay but they all seem fine ?
The ecu did start to throw a code it said "hello" then blinks on and off 5 times I unpluged the ecu waited 20 secs and the flashing stopped now it says "hello" with the ignition switched on in the 2nd position and then stops blinking completely
I'm scratching my head and can't understand it can anyone help please?
