What do you want to do with this linear equation? :confused:

4y=-6+4x

I assume that you want to write your equation in the form y = mx + b.

To do so, simply switch the right side and then isolate y.

4y = 4x - 6

y = (4x - 6)/4

y = x - 6/4

y = x - 3/2
