"someone" was three years old when their parents moves to tampa Florida, their whole life and fiancée is in tampa Florida, they got into drugs and were charged with two grand thefts and a driving with a suspended license they did a few months in county jail and was transferrd to a rehab program where the immigration and customs enforcement promptly picked them up, the immigration charges were dropped but as soon as they were released they ran back to canada because they feared caring out their sentence because they were too far into drugs to pass a rehab, life has gone on and this person has a job and life here in canada,they just want to go back and visit their parents and fiancée. is this possible? Why not?
