I got pregnant in November of 2006 at that time I had like 3 sex partners. When I had my daughter in August of 2007,I was with the guy that I believed was her real father now I honestly believe that she isn't his. So now I'm looking for a way to remove him from her birth certificate. I would just ask him to do a dna test but I know that he probley wouldn't do it because he likes the fact that he has some type of ties with me. So is there anyway that I could hire a lawyer and he could put in a court order for him to do the dna test? Or how should I go about doing this really want his name removed...

You don't just "ask him" if ( and only if) your state allows a challenge to the birth cerficate you go though family court to get a court order for a DNA test.
Remember in some US states, if he is listed, he is the father, and really can't get off even if he wanted to,
In some other states he only has a limited time frame ( some for example 3 years) so the time frame to challenge is over also.
For you, at this point, you first visit an attorney and see if there is even anything you can do, Then you will have to get a DNA test ( may be required to request all three men to have DNA tests to prove who the father is.
And I bet if you were to go to court and get a court order child support against him and he did not think he was the father, he may be wanting that test faster than you.
