About two years ago me and my husband were having some issues and I asked his parents to come get our four kids for a few hours so I could pick up the broken glass up that was in my drive way because my husband busted out our front window and when his parents came got the kids his mother asked me to ride with her to help unload the kids from the car and when I got into her house she told me that I couldn't get my kids back till me and her son got our lives together. And six months later we moved in with her and started to support our kids then we found out that she was on TANF so we asked her drop it and she did but when she did she applied for child support and had to pay that till the court took me and my husband to court and the judge made her drop the child support case now we have to pay back the back payments that they racked us with and I just wanted to know how it is that my mother-in-law can put my six year old son in a mental instituiton with out my consent and as of 11-8-10 that will be the second time that she has put my son in a mental institution with out my consent cause I never signed any thing we had two court dates held outside the court house involving just me and my attorney her and her attorney and then the third court date was set and I never got any notification so she said that the judge granted her and her husband parental guardianship.
