Last year in February, I tore my ACL playing soccer, putting me out of activity. To this day, I am still slowly recovering. My problem is, I have put on a bunch of weight because I haven't been able to go running or anything, I'm also on the birth control pill so that has a lot to do with hormones and gaining weight.
I'm wondering, what are some exercises I can do that will make my chubby tummy, flabby thighs, and jiggly bum to go away without putting too much pressure on my knee?
Any suggestions would help, I don't want to go up a pant size again! Thanks so much!
