I was prescribed trinessa today. I have a fairly irregular cycle. When my cycle is sort of regular I have periods about 6 weeks apart, and sometimes skip them. I just had my period the week of October 24, so about 2 and a half weeks ago. Would it be a bad idea to use the quick start method and take my first pill immediately? How long would I have to wait to be protected?
