Zoom! Bang! I'm here to help.
What do you have so far? Do you have a first sentence, a topic sentence? Have you made an outline?
How long does the paper have to be?
Do you need a bibliography?

It's a research paper. And it has to be 6 pages. No bibliography just works cited page. Right now I have that peer pressure, the entertainment media, gang activity, bullying gun use and drugs can cause school violence.

Aren't you reading what I write? "Let's start putting together an outline (needed before we can whip up a thesis statement)."
A thesis statement isn't something you whip up out of nowhere. You first have to do research and put together an outline of what you want to include in the paper.

You absolutely CANNOT write a thesis statement until you know generally what ideas you will put into your paper. That's why I started an outline, to give us (you) some general ideas to include in a thesis statement.
thesis statement = the ideas to be discussed in the paper

How will you possibly be able to write six pages (!! ) without knowing what you plan to do (thesis statement)??

Here's a thesis statement --
School violence has become such a major issue through the United States, but could quickly disappear if parents would have their children participate in family chores from a very young age, begin to learn to cook and bake by age eight, have athletic outlets through the schools and in the neighborhood, and attend their house of worship every week, meanwhile at home adhering to the tenets of their faith.

Thank you!! HOW HARD WAS THAT?!

But it's all WRONG and has nothing to do with your violence details. And how earth are you going to support that and write six pages?? If you use that, you will get a low grade.

Here's another one --
School violence has become such an issue in this country that parents have finally come to the conclusion that their children should no longer receive birthday gifts, Tooth Fairy money left under their pillow, allowances, and Christmas gifts.

Here's another one --
Because school violence is such a huge problem in this country, researchers and even parents have come to the conclusion that the only solution is a diet of raw vegetables and fruits, baked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and ten glasses of water per day.
