I gave my ex fiancé a playstation 3 because he was out of a job and completely miserable at house. I also bought a laptop when he moved out so I could do my homework at his place and not have to drag mine back and forth. He now left and I asked for both items back because I now have to pay for an engagement ring. He bought me my ring and I bought his band but he didn't have enough credit on his card to pay for my whole ring so basically he ended up paying the amount for his band which was about 400 on his account and promised he would pay the difference on mine which was about 200 dollars because my ring came up to about 585. I am not paying on practically my own engagement ring. Furthermore, I cosigned for a vehicle for him and he refuses to let me off the note partially because he can't qualify on his own but won't even return the vehicle or cooperate with me. He now also refuses to return the playstation because it was a gift. I feel like its unfair that I'm making payments not only on the ring he bought me but as well as the playstation. He returned the laptop when I had police escort me to his home and he came to an agreement with them that he would drop off the playstation on Friday because it was at a friends house which he didn't drop it off. He has been completely rude and inconsiderate and would not sit down and talk about anything and I'm taking the ultimate measures to get my justice. He authorized his bank account information on my best buy credit card account about a year ago and now that he changed his number today and refuses to cooperate I made a payment of 300 on his account that way that's one bill I don't have to worry about. I feel like as long as he authorized his account just like I did to co sign on his vehicle I am allowed to make payments on the best buy with his bank info. Am I wrong? And what can I do about the car situation? I have not had to make a payment yet but we are both registered on the title and the plates and I don't get the car at all. Its in his possession.

You are going to be stuck as the co-signer on the car loan forever or until he can get refinanced on his own.

As for the other items you'll just have to grin and bear it or take him to small claims court and let a Judge decide.

I agree with twinkie. Sue him for everything and let the judge decide what you're owed and what you're not.
