West virginia law?

If you are convicted of a crime and received probation and the probation time has expired and the probation officer did not go to the court and renew the probation to be extended for not having court costs and fines paid off and the case is closed with the probation office what can the state or circuit court do for the restitution/fines that was not paid?

If they decide to they can do a probation violation on you and put you in jail for nonpayment of the fine that was part of your probation stipulations. Just wait until they figure this out and come for you in the middle of the night.

They may send you to court just to pay those fines pretty sure your in the clear of the probation though
