I had unprotected sex a couple days before ovulation and then again 3 days after. After the after-ovulation sex, I got constant cramps that felt like period cramps but a bit tighter. They lasted a few hours.

IF you experience implantation cramping, it would likely occur 7 - 10 days after ovulation.

Sometimes those cramps and/or spotting is minimal and possibly would go unnoticed.
