She never takes care of her if anything I've spent more time with her than her mom and she can't be brought back and forth every other day any more its really taking a toll on her and I hate to see this girl suffer her whole life I have a few pictures I found on my myspace of her mom and her so called support system for her all smokin marijuana, drinking alcohol and driving with no seat belt but is that enough? The only other proof I have is for the past 2 years I've wrote down everything that has happened... I am serious about 1 yrs ago she even came home with a wallet from her mom with a roxy pill in the back of it, I can't believe I didn't make my b/f call the cops then what should I do *** help me!! 11

Legally she has joint custody. So he cannot keep her from going back to her mother. If you feel she is unfit HE has to go to court to change the custody arrangement. YOU have no legal standing.

I suggest you consult an attorney as to whether you have a case or not.
