Are you sure that Cr_2H_7O_9 exist?

In this compound, the oxidation states of H and O must be +1 and -2 respectively, giving +7-18 = -11

Which also means that Cr must have an oxidation state of 11/2 = +5.5 which I don't think is possible... unless you mean:

[Cr_2O_7 \cdot 2(H_2O)]^{2-}

But there is not the same number of H atoms...

And also, the chromate ion is an oxidant. Neither carbon dioxide and water can be oxidised as far as I know. So, I guess there will be no reaction.
