My SS check is direct deposit. I have judgements against me. Can they levy my money from SS?

Hello k:

They can't levy your SS... However, if OTHER money is deposited, they're not going to be able to distinguish between what they can seize and what they can't, so they'll take it ALL and make YOU do the legwork.

It's better to open a new account to use ONLY for your SS.

The IRS can, some creditors can not, most levies are tempoary actions taken to settle a judgement, in most cases your SS money is safe unless judgement states all assets can be levied.
