Hi, I was in US for around 2 years on salary and have saved some money.In April 2010, I came back to india and got married .After marriage , I bought Kisan Vikas Patra with my spouse`s name as first name and my name as second name.
Please advice is the interest income can be delared as an income for my spouse or for me.
NB: My spouse is a homemaker and has a PAN card.
