How far along are you in your pregnancy? Have they given you anything for the frequent vomiting? Are you able to keep liquids down?

At this point I'd be more concerned about the frequent vomiting and inability to keep even liquids down. Best to contact your doctor and make them aware of the situation.

Did they suggest that the blood pooling may be due to a separation or attachment forming of the placenta and the uterine wall? This can sometimes be a reason for bleeding and/or pain in early pregnancy. Depending on the severity it can heal over and not be an issue for the remainder of the pregnancy or it will be something they need to watch that can result in a loss.

Are you on bedrest or limited activity? Do call your doctor and let them know about the continued pain and the persistent vomiting. There is a very good chance they may want you in hospital for a bit to receive fluids and medication for the vomiting to prevent becoming dehydrated.
Becoming dehydrated can also be a concern for the situation of the placenta.

The doctor told me I have a big blood between the placintal and the utiruse it's just holding from the sides the middle is already detached because of the blood pool in between I just movoed from Florida to Texas I feel the doctor don't ever care

I'm sorry to hear that. With the placenta, it is a matter of waiting and seeing what happens with time, but you really do need to contact them regarding the frequency of the vomiting.

If you don't feel you are getting the care that you should, consider seeing another doctor if possible.

Do you have family, friends, co-workers there that can help you with this since you are new to the area?

Doula has posted some wonderful advice. I had the same issue with placental abruption, hence my daughter was born at 32 weeks. Please, if you feel like your doctor is not listening, nor helpful, contact another OB/GYN as soon as possible.

The ER may not be necessary, but since you don't have an OB yet, you could go to have things checked out. It will give you some peace of mind to know how things are going. You should also ask about references for an OB so that you can get situated with one to follow your care.

Have you asked friends, family, coworkers for suggestions on doctors? That can be a good starting place.

Has the vomiting decreased a bit? Are you able to keep some things down?

What have you tried for the vomiting? These are some of the more common things that may be helpful:

*have some crackers, dry cereal, toast first thing in the morning... some women find it helps to nibble a bit before they even get out of bed
*accupressure from motion or seasickness bands on your wrists
*accupuncture
*increase your vitamin B6
*get some fresh air
*try a "pregnancy pop" or sour candy
*have some ginger as in ginger ale (make sure it is actual ginger), or small amounts of ginger either raw or as a tablet

Again... have you asked for references for an OB to go see? If nothing else, find someone in the phonebook or online that is near to you and call them to see about starting visits.

You need to be under the care of a doctor or midwife. We can only offer limited help through suggestions and possibilities.

I hope you have found a doctor by now. It would be a good idea to go in and be checked. Sometimes coughs can linger for quite a bit of time, but should be looked into, especially since you are having vomiting going on as well.
