I have been taking aldactone for acne for 1 month and just found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant. What dangers am I facing and should I consider termination. Is this drug as dangerous as accutane while pregnant. I stopped taking today when I found out

Aldactone or Spironolalactone is considered a category D drug. That means that there is evidence that it could cause harm to an unborn baby, but may still be used if the benefit to the mother makes it worth the risk. It is considered safe for breastfeeding.
You've stopped taking it, so I would just relax and have a good pregnancy. There's no reason to consider termination. While there is a risk, it's a small one, and it's very unlikely that your baby will be affected at this stage.
