I recently purchased a carwash and the exterior halogen lights would not cycle on. I replaced the 175 halogen bulbs and not the lights will not cycle off? Inside the wash the lights are run off a dial timer that is set and seems to be functioning. Is turning and On / Off Set. Does not seem to be activating and deactivating though? Wired go from dial to junction box where inside there are two "contact switches"

Wondering if anyone has any guidance what I may be missing?

Without a voltage tester and a knowledge of wiring and how timers and contacts work, your only be guessing. While the timer may seem to work, the contacts may not be opening, there may be a contact with a stuck contact or a bad coil.

There can be one of so many things wrong causing your problem. And without seeing exactly what you have , we will only be guessing.

I suggest you call in an electrician to correct this for you.
