We have 5 networked drives on our network. Drive P is our personal drive and inside this drive eacch of our employees have a folder. We want everyone to view the drive but only their folder. Any ideas?

Couple of ways to do this.
Either map it as a hidden $ share or, from within AD, using the Home drive field.

As for permissions give the user and domain admins the only access. Remove all others.
DO NOT use DENY permission as this overrides anything else.
