How to tailor a resume where the main job field is health and fitness, but now applying to be a flight attendant... mostly the objective

Objectives are not put on resumes any longer. They are just space-wasters. Put your objective, if you must have one, into the cover letter.

Your resume would work best as a functional (skills-based) one. What skills are needed for the job you want? Figure that out, decide which ones you have gained from which jobs, and list them under the appropriate headings.

Or here's something I had posted for someone else --

Keep it short and sweet, with lots of white space. All you want the resume to do for you is be easy to read by a busy person. All the resume will do is get you an interview.
