My fiancé and myself are catholic. He is divorced from a protestant, they were married in The Church of England. I have never been married. Can we marry in The Catholic Church?

Because he is Catholic, in addition to a divorce, he may have to have the marriage annulled in the Catholic Church, before he can marry you.
That has been my experience with Catholic friends who have divorced, regardless of which church they married in. That was more than a few years ago now, so perhaps things are not as strict and involved.
Your best bet is to go and see your Priest, which you will have to do anyway, before you plan the church wedding. Find out what your intended needs to do, if anything, before marrying you.
