You know how you get chills up your spine? Well I'm getting like these chill up inside of me.(if you know what I mean) But I don't know what it is or what to do about it.
When it comes I have to squeeze and it's like a good chill... kind of like a orgasm but not the same. It happens out of the middle of know where.
Can someone explain to me what I'm feeling and if its normal to me. It started like 2 months ago. And now its happening more often.

Yes it's normal. But if you think it's something serious, ask your doc.
