I am trying to learn the artist of this original paster. It looks to be a scene from the 1930's. It is set in a urban setting, with two young boys sitting on the curb. One is in knickers and a cap the other in long pants. One boy is striking a match on the curb the other is holding a pipe. The pipe was not finished by the artist, I think it is unique. I am trying to find out who the artist is and to get as much information as I can on the artist. It is in the original frame and it looks like is from the 1930's. It is a very special piece. Thank you
Dorothy

This is simple . The artist of this particular pastel artwork is well-known nation wide. The initials, AFT simply stand for A ****ING TERRORIST !
