I have been paying $800.00/month in child support as well as seeing my child three to four days a week. He refers to me as "dadda" and always has. My name is on the birth certificate as well.

How do I get custody of this child? He does not deserve the life that his "mom" is providing for him.

You are on the birth certificate, so by law you are legally the father, So you file in court for custody.

So she told you he is not yours, so most likely she is lying and to be honest since you are on the birth certificate it may not even matter. You have no obligation to try and get a DNA test unless you want out of being the father.

She can file to fight your court motion, for a DNA test to try and prove you are not, but will she even fight it in court ?
