I was given a gas-powered pressure washer that doesn't have any brand-name or maint. Info with it. The engine is a 3.8 hp vertical shaft Tecumseh in good condition. I believe the pressure pump is a "Morpower" brand, not sure. The pump has 3 plastic plugs in front. One at the top is a vent plug. There are 2 more vertically below which turn and lock in. Where does the oil go in, and how much?

Put your hose on the pressure washer and turn on the water.leave the motor off and one by one open the plugs. The oil fill plug won't let any water out.

There are two main types, one is a sealed motor where there is no oil, The oil ( and it should be pressure washer oil) should go into a very marked area, normally there will be a dip stick on the cap to check the oil. In others there will be a clear veiw glass with a line on it, for the oil to go up to ( about 1/2 up the glass)
