I believe that is you are in the US you have three business days to cancel a contract.

No that is not correct, the three day is first only in some states and it only applies to in home purchase ( like door to door sales people)

It has nothing to do with car sales. So no, unless your signed contract with the dealer gives you a return time ( most don't) then you can't.

So you will need to get and read your contract.
