Ge refrig model gss25xsnabs . Not cooling on both sides. I really can't say if heater coil iced up, I noticed 2 days later refrig not cooling. Fan motor works , inside lights work. Took inside panel off , no ice , thermistor looks OK - 3 of them, defrost thermostat looks OK, defrost heater looks burnt at both ends. If heater is not working properly will this shut down the cooling of the units ? Could the unit be stuck in defrost mode ? Also changed overload relay and ptcr relay , compressor will not kick in . When compressor kicks in , there should be a slight humm, I'm not getting this.. when unit is replugged in wall , freezer blowing room temp. air inside unit. This unit has a circuit board
