I have completed my MSc ( post grad ) in geological science. I want to study abroad. I need scholarships for that, full scholarships.how do I apply? Is GRE the only way? What about studying in EUROPE OR UK? How do I begin my search? Any tips or link would be highly appreciated.

Hello,
GRE is mandatory for most of the universities in USA and for high ranking universities in CANADA. But in UK or in other European countries, they do not require a GRE score. So to get an admission in north American universities, you should take both GRE and TOEFL. European universities require IELTS score instead of TOEFL.
1.You will also need two or three recommendation letters from your professors .
2.Subject of purpose.
3.Your transcript .
