How to file lien on personal property.

Has there been a judgement or is this some other type of lien your wanting to file?

No judgement. Just someone I thiught was my friend, put phone and internet in my name. She has not paid bill of $250.00, now there is a $150 + new bill. She is moving out of state and I wanted to see if I could put a lien on here vehicle or home.

Nope, you have to file suit, win a judgment, then you can see about filing a lien.

Your first bet is to file in small claims court, and get a judgement first
