What is this lump behind my right ear?its half way down and its about the size of a pea but its not directly on the ear its behind it. I can run my finger around it but not under it and it does not hurt. I'm 13 and noticed it about 7 months ago, I told my mum but she doesn't know what it is either. Anybody know what I should do or what it is? Thanks x

The lump is probably a lymph node of which we have 330 over various places in the body. They are connected to our immune system and an early sign of infectionof in the body if inflamed (that is the only time we can feel them as a lump). You probably have a cold coming. You don't do anything, it is part of all of us, indication of how wonderful our human bodies operate.

Another possibility is a sebaceous cyst... fairly common, sometimes go away over time on their own.

Since you have had it for awhile, might be a good idea to have your gp or a dermatologist take a look at it.
