I jave tried the L-glutathione but not Kozuma I never heard of that what I used was Dr. James L -glutathione, it works really good for me because friends told me my skin ligthened, and you have to accompany it with vitmin c and vit.e but my skin is already fair Im not really dark... it made my skin flawless and a bit pinkish... I just stopped it for awhile because I got pregnant.. if you want more info .email me...
