I saw a movie when I was growing up in the yearly to mid 90's that I think was a movie from the 80 but maybe it was closer to the 9's.
What I remember is there are a boy a girl in love set in sort of medieval fantasy times. He needs to get a unicorn's horn for some reason so the girl befriends a unicorn and he comes and chops the horn off with a sword. The girl, for betraying the unicorn or something becomes a servant to the devil or a creature like the devil, he is all red and they live underground with lots of stone walls and fire. Hen the boy has to try and rescue here.
It would be amazing if anyone can point me in the direction of finding this movie! It's been in my mind for so long without a title.
