Hi my question is I have an Artesian well 87 gallons per minute drilled in 1965 that's about all the info I have.. The problem is 3 years ago I replaced the holding tank and well switch.. when I took the switch to the supply store the guy didn't know what switch it was or what to give me to replace.. we settled on a 20/40 switch.. Since installing new tank& switch water pressure overall is 1/2 Everything works but the pressure is cut way down//. Hope someone can give me some insight... Thanks

Weston, you can turn up the pressure. Turn off the power, then remove the grey cover from the switch. You will see two bolts/nuts. Turn the larger one (in the center) clockwise a couple of full turns. Turn the power back on, then note the pressure on the gauge where the pump turns off. It will be something north of 40#. After that, it's somewhat trial and error. Many people will set that top pressure (cut off) to between 50 and 60 pounds. Keep cranking that center nut until you get what you want.

This site will be helpful for you.
