He needs to know! It is better to here it from you then find out on his own. If you like him that much you owe it to him. If he likes you that much he will understand, if not just think about it, would you really want that kind of a guy around your baby.

He has the right to know. It is not good to lie to your boyfriend about such a crucial situation such as this one! You HAVE to tell him, and then let him make the choice of whether he wants to be with you or not. Also, you didn't mention any of this in your original question, but you should also tell the father of the child.
