Go to the british embassy with plenty of id and ask someone for assistance, you may be better finding the phone number (which should be in the phone book) and calling in to request an appointment, Remember be extremely polite, it is amazing how far a little bit of good manner's can get you these day's, remember to take plenty of id with you either way.
