Me and my wife were wondering what was on the land before wal mart on 72nd and sheridan was there. My wife works there and says that they (cashiers-supervisors) get the chills in certain areas, keep in mind wal-mart keeps the temp at 78 degrees year round.she grabed a hand basket to put away and it felt as though someone was pulling it from the other end... her look was even noticed by a cashier and she was asked " whats wrong, you looking for someone?", after telling her story's of 'things' happening, turns out a lot of other employees have experienced things there too!
Just curious of what was there before,60's , 70's... do you know? Where kind I find out this info without all kinds of hoopla??

Where is Westminster? What Country/State?
Ask the management at Walmart or go to the Town Assessor.

I will leave the address since it is a store, not a personal home.
Although I am not sure Walmart will want a post about ghosts at one of their stores.
But talk to other people who live in the area, look up that general area in the newspapers. The recorder of deed will show who were prevoius owners

Adams County, Jefferson County - City of Westminster, Colorado (http://www.ci.westminster.co.us/85_1326.htm)
This link lists the names of both the Assessor and Recording clerks of the counties around Westminster (took me 10 seconds to find) and the phone numbers of the county offices. You can contact those for the process and cost of getting the ownership records of the property.

You say "a lot " of other employees have experienced things also.
I would ask any other people who have experienced something, to please write it down .
It would be best if each did it on their own then compare stories to see how it adds up.
I would do this before I worried too much about what used to be on the land.
