Where can I buy Avonex (for multiple sclerosis) in Mexico?

Avonex is a prescription medication and only available through a doctor.

I assumed I would need a Mex prescription. Is it then a self-injectible like in the US, or is it doctor only injectible here? Can't seem to find it at any farmacia. Thanks!
