1. I don't remember a lot about the movie, but this is what I can recall. A couple live in an oldish two story white house, I don't remember if they were married or not, but toward the very beginning of the movie, it shows the guy outside doing something, if I remember he was getting wood for their fireplace. They are waiting on the arrival of their old friends, not sure if they were all old college friends, but I remember a group of them, each came one by one throughout the day. They spend a lot of time talking about how their lives have been going and so on. If I remember, somewhere in the movie, one of the guys and one of the girls start spending time together secretly until toward the end, but I don't remember how the other ones find out. The scenery looks as if all this takes place sometime in the fall. I don't remember what occasion they get together for, or if there was any. I'm pretty sure this movie was not a B movie, and don't remember if any of them were A-list actors. I would say the movie was maybe late 90s-mid 2000s.

2. I don't remember a lot about this one either, but it's similar to the first movie I'm asking about but I know it's not the same one. I remember a group of friends get together in one of their house that is located at some lake, I think the house was maybe a log home, but it was pretty big. Anyway, I remember a couple of the guests was soon-to-be ex spouses, and the husband has his new girlfriend with him. I don't think they knew each of them was going to be there, and the wife gets upset that he has another lady with him. Toward the end they end up getting back together. I think they had a kid or two that was with them. I remember in one scene it showed one of the guys, maybe the husband, was standing outside at the water with one of the kids. I think there was maybe five or six, maybe a couple more, friends in the house. I don't remember how they all knew each other or if they were related. They were all probably in their late twenties, early to mid thirties. I think that's all I remember about this one, but if anything else comes to mind I'll add more. This movie was probably 2002-2008, but I know it's not an old movie. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me on these two movies as I've posted these several times and no positive answers. Can you answer these? Well, hopefully someone can since these are bugging me trying to figure these out.
Neither of these two movies are The Parent Trap, Peter's Friends, The Big Chill, Indian Summer or The Tao of Steve. Both of these were drama movies, as far as I remember.
