I want to run ABS or PVC from an air compressor about 65 feet from a garage to the other side of my house. I plan on keeping the pressure under 120psi. Is it possible and which would work better ABS or PVC.

According to this chart it should be OK with PVC PVC Pipes - Pressure Ratings (http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/pvc-cpvc-pipes-pressures-d_796.html) Each connection will be a weak point unless you do a perfect job of welding and allow to cure 2 hours. I would consider PEX, easy to run and it can be all one piece

Depending on the pipe size, pressure ratings vary but 3/4 Schedule 40 is rated over 200 PSIG working pressure. I don't see ABS in the Atlanta area. I would try and find Schedule 80 pipe to be safe.
