I have already asked this question from different schollars. I got answers but the actual point which I could not got solved is still awaited for its answer.
1. in past when kaneez were brought to slavery by our elders as a result of war with non believers.
a) if such type of women was unable to pay for her freedom, and still she was unwilling to have sexual intercource with
a person which was her master i.e she even didnt want to sleep with him. was it not rape if her master still did sex with
her.
b) why in moderen ages it is not possible to keep Kaneez as a result of war with non believers.
