I work as a waitress at Applebees. I was wondering how many hours they can have us working without a break and how long our break is required to be?

If in the USA Federal labor laws do not require them to give you any break or even a dinner/lunch break. If they give you a break or dinner they are not required to pay you for that time either. Your state might have stiffer laws, where are you?
